Printer Not Showing Up (For Chroembooks and Chrome Browser)

If you are attempting to print and your printer is not showing up follow these steps:

1. Ensure that you are logged in to your UniFlow Online account, if you are not logged in clicked on the circle logo below and use ‘login via Google’ using your work email and address

2. Once logged in, and you have selected the document you want to print then prooced by either pressing ‘Command + P’ or by going to ‘File > Print’

3. Once you have selected that you should see ‘UniFlow Online’ as the Destination printer, in this case we do not, as you can see in the image below there is another printer there instead.

4. To select the UniFlow Printer Click on the Destination Drop Box, click ‘See More’ and Select the ‘UniFlow Online’ as seen in the image below

Your print job should now be available for you to print from any of the districts UniFlow printers.

NOTE: In some instances, and in the case you still can't send jobs to the printer after doing these steps then a full restart of your device may be necessary.
