DRC Insight App Update on iPads

If you are receiving ‘Client out of date’ message when launching the DRC Insight app on iPads then please do the following to update.

1. Locate Self Service pinned in the dock bar of the students iPad and click on it


2. In Self Service, click the ‘All’ button to view all the apps on that iPad


3. Once you've done that, locate the DRC Insight App and click ‘Reinstall’ and that will update the app for you
