BCE Cafetria Projector Guide

This guide will show you how to turn on the projector, adjust the volume, and lower the projector screen at the BCE cafeteria.

1. In the lower cabinet, there is a black master box. Follow the steps in the picture below. Adjust the volume to your liking once all other steps are complete

2. Locate the projector screen switch and flip it down. Once the screen is fully down, flip the switch back to the middle. The switch can be found on the wall by the counter is behind a grey metal door (picture below)

3. Once the projector screen is down, locate the plastic bin in the cabinets where it will have the AppleTV remote, projector remote, and the wireless mics

4. The projector remote has a separate On and Off button, as shown below. You have to be under the projector to get a solid connection. Once turned on, give the projector a few minutes to boot up.

5. Use the microphone with an orange tip, it has a slider built into it to turn it on and off. It uses Double A batteries incase you need to replace them

Other things to be aware of:

• The AppleTV you can AirPlay to is called ‘BCE-Cafetria’
• If AirPlay connection failed, restart your computer, and restart the AppleTV by unplugging it and then plugging it back in (it's at the bottom of the master black box)
• Please roll the projector screen back up when you're done with using it
