How to Update or Check Your Ticket's Status.

  • Log into your BCCS286.org Google email account.
  • In the upper right corner of your email screen, click the Google Apps button (the nine little squares). A pop-up box will appear with a list of Google Apps. Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up box and select the "Mojo Helpdesk" app. Alternatively, navigate to https://helpdesk.bccs286.org/login in your browser and click “Log in with BCCS Google Account”.
  • In the upper right corner click on your email address and a drop down will appear. Select "My Tickets."
  • You will then see a list of your current tickets. Click the ticket that you wish to update.
  • One the new screen, you can see your original request and all messages on your ticket. You can add a message to your ticket by using the "Add Message" box and then clicking the green "Add Message" button to update your ticket.
