Print Jobs Not Showing Up At Printer

Typically when print jobs are not showing up at the printers its due to the uniflow smartclient app not running or not signed into.

When the app is running you will see the logo circled in red in the first image. The logo will be red if singed into and gray if not. The logo will be missing if the app is not running.

If the app is running click the icon and then click connect. If the app is not running follow steps below.

First click the magnifying glass

In the box that appears type “uniflow smartclient.app” click on the result that looks like the one highlighted in the image below

Once the app initializes you should receive the popup shown below. Click on “Continue with ISD 286 Google Account” After Signing in send print jobs to Follow-Me-uniFlowOnline
